The Bexley Fencing Club was founded in September of 1950 and we have have been fencing ever since. It is thought that we are one of the oldest clubs in the south-east of England.

Please feel free to have a look around the site, we hope that there is enough of interest for everyone.
We fence every week at the Sidcup Leisure Centre on Monday evenings from 7.30 until 9.30 and at the Erith Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 until 9.00
You can find directions to either site on our Contact page.
We are a Fencing club based around Bexley / Sidcup / Bexleyheath / Erith
and Welling on the London / Kent border with good road, rail and bus links to both of our sites. If you would
like to find out more at this time then please contact
our Club Secretary using our Bexley Fencing Club e-mail address or why not use our Contact Form to request further information.
They say that a picture paints a thousand words. We have several galleries covering general fencing, special events and other social gatherings. The Galleries can be found here.
Our club has a mix of fencers, many of them enter some of the many competitions held locally, nationally and internationally. One of our fencers lets us know how things are going and his Fencer Diaries can be found on our Competitions page.
Some of our fencers have moved on and some of them keep in touch. One of them writes occasionally to let us know how she is doing. The UniBlog can be found here.
We are currently making our way through some old scrapbooks about the club and, although it is far from finished, you can have a look at what we have assembled so far on our Club History page.
Members can use our downloads page to get a copy of the club's Membership Pack or other documents. The Member Downloads can be found here.
